Veterinary Surgery
This is an example of the process for a 3D Modeling of a Veterinary Surgery. It contains the Step by Step guide tor work with me on a 3d model, from the 2D CAD or PDF Floor plans and elevations, to the 3d renderings and the Architectural Animation
What does a 3D Modeling work include?:
– 3D modeling based on the information you provide
– All the environment and information about the scene: Street, Road, Trees, people, cars, context, background
– High quality real time Lightning, we can switch between day & night: time of the day, position of the north.
– Materials / textures, you provide me with materials or illustrated images, and I get you the most accurate result.
– Unlimited corrections on the model and the renderings.
I offer you a high quality work and the most accurate result according to the information you can provide me ( the more detailed the information, the closer to the result you want, the less information you provide, is more open to interpretation)
What do I need to start the model?
– 3D CAD or PDF Floor Plans
– Elevations
– Sketches
– Photos of reference for materials
The actual building:
Sketchup Reference Images: Proposed Remodelation
1. Fist step, I start working on the 3d model, based on the information you provided me, on the first days I will ask you some questions just to be sure we are on the same page.
2. First Revision: Once the 3d model is completed, I send you some screenshots, or even I can send you the 3d model if you have the software to open it, and we work on corrections.
3. Once the 3d model is accepted, I start to model the context, enviroment, interior furniture, landscape and set everything to export to the rendering software.
4. I start working on the 3d renderings: the first images are low quality, just for corrections about modeling, lightning, materials, colors, etc. Once they are approved, I proceed to export the final Images in 4K resolution.
THE RESULT.
The result is incredibly real and can really help to communicate and idea to a client, to present a project and to have the change to visualize something that doesn’t exist yet.
